Scott Silver

Scott Silver is a member of the Google Apps Small Business team. Scott focuses on customer engagement, sales, and training for the small business space. During his time on the Google Apps team, he has focused more specifically on three key pillars: User Education, Sales Strategy, and community/government relations with a small business context. For user education, Google developed weekly Webinar content that allows customers to learn more about the product with live demos and Q & A. Sales strategy encompasses interacting with Small Business customers on a daily basis while also gathering important information around common pain points and areas of improvement. Finally, Scott is working to connect with government institutions, including local chambers of commerce, to help SBs understand the value of Google Apps for their companies. Prior to his time at Google, Scott worked at KPMG on the Advisory Services team. Scott graduated from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, and currently resides in San Francisco. Having just purchased his first road bike, Scott would love some recommendations for beautiful rides in the Mountain View area!
